[THERE ARE NO SPOILERS IN THIS ENTRY, SO PLEASE DON'T GET MAD AT ME]
Hm, so when I said that I wouldn't stay up to midnight to buy Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, I LIED.
I went to the bookstore at about 11:45 and got my wristband (I was 251) and saw so many people from IS (14 others!). Carly came and I wandered around Barnes and Noble with her. It didn't seem like it was midnight at all, for some reason I was completely awake. (Maybe it was adrenaline?) We listened to a lot of music clips and I learned that Carly likes angry music...would you believe that the downtown Barnes and Noble didn't have a copy of "Final Straw" (Snow Patrol's last album)!? It's an outrage. I finally got my book at about 1:45 and we returned home. Mom told me not to read a lot last night and so I told myself I could only read one chapter. Finished that chapter, ok one more....another one...another one...another one. I forced myself to stop at 2:45am. Woke up at 9:30am and continued reading. Read to about 10:30am when I had to clean my room and then at 11:00am I went shopping with Mom. If I had just spent the morning with no obligations, I would probably be done now. I put HBP in my backpack and told myself not to read ANY of it until Monday when I'm on the verge of boredumb on the plane to London...but I'll probably get it out as soon as I finish this entry. I only have Mr Darcy to distract me from it.
In 49 hours, I'll be at the airport to depart to LONDON. I'm so psyched (TOTALLY GETTING THE REST OF THE CIRQUE DU FREAK BOOKS!!!!!).
